This seminar discussed the implications, in the perspective of COP26, of the recent report “Scaling-up Climate Finance in the context of post-Covid” of the Green Climate Fund (GCF) made with the contribution of authors of the IPCC 1°5C Report, with as authors-coordinators Jean-Charles Hourcade (CIRED, IPCC author), Yannick Glémarec (GCF Executive Director), Heleen de Conninck (Convening Lead Author of the 1°5C report and of the 6th IPCC report), Fiona Bayat-Renoux (GCF Chief of Staff), Kilaparti Ramakrishna (senior advisor to the GCF Board of Directors), Aromar Revi (Convening Lead Author of the 1°5C report and member of the drafting team for the synthesis of the 6th IPCC report).
